**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards.
- Manage the cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for food preparation and catering is highly desirable.
- Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
