We have a exciting opportunity for a Head of Healthcare to join our team at HMP New Hall. HMP New Hall is a Closed Category prison for female adults, juveniles and young offenders located in Flockton, West Yorkshire. The site consist of departments offering healthcare support across primary care, mental health, substance misuse, pharmacy, psychology & psychiatry, opticians, podiatry, physiotherapy, dental services and a management and admin function.

This is a full time working Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm

**What you'll be doing**:
As the Head of Healthcare you will be responsible for the pro-active general management of the healthcare establishment, maintaining the strategic direction and delivering the agreed contractual requirements and targets and managing the unit within its financial framework. Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff. This role also includes responsibility for all aspects of personnel, financial reporting, IM&T and general management of the healthcare establishment and being the CQC Registered Manager.
