An opportunity has arisen for an admin assistant to join the Older People and Frailty Community mental health team at Spalding, based at The Johnson Community Hospital in Pinchbeck. We provide assessment and treatment for patients of all ages experiencing memory difficulties, and for older people experiencing mental health difficulties. The post is full time, 37.5 hours per week which will be worked across Monday - Friday.

Having a positive, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic is important. You must have excellent communication skills, with a good level of competency in Microsoft Office 365 packages. Experience of working in a clinical area is desirable and knowledge of RiO would be advantageous.

There will be occasional duties required on our shared reception desk, covering leave and sickness etc.

As a receptionist, you are the service’s first impression for visitors coming into our building and on the telephone, and it is therefore essential that service users, families and other professionals are met with a friendly and welcoming manner as well as ensuring the waiting room is kept tidy, updating noticeboards, and supporting with building management duties.
