**This role will be supporting and working with young people, establishing connections through education to support their career. Offering support with apprenticeships, traineeships, workshops, school assemblies etc.**
**What will you be doing as a Recruitment Co-ordinator?**
- Engaging with a range of departments across the organisation to raise the profile within schools and colleges
- To plan and prepare calendar of activities
- To promote and deliver presentations to schools and young people
- To plan design resources and other material for workshops, attending class based sessions, assemblies and 121 appointments
- To network and build relationships with schools and colleges as well with potential students, career advisors, heads of year etc.
- To work with schools, six form colleges to raise awareness of career progression for young people
- Co-ordinate, plan and manage annual diary events in-line with school appointments
- additional evening working and weekend work is required
- To use recruitment data to produce statistics and conversions on what is successful
- To communicate through the companies messaging processes to ensure effective communication between students

- Confident in engaging with all types of people, students, parents, head teachers
- You may have worked in a sales type role and looking for a change
- We would love to hear from you if you have an energetic, lively personality who is willing to learn
- Excellent IT skills
