From sourcing materials to planning, value engineering and installation, our fully licensed team of flat roof specialists can deliver top-quality results for roofing projects of all types and sizes.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- BSc / HNC preferable but not essential
- 3 Years’ experience in an estimating role, preferably in a roofing capacity but not this is not essential
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, Teams, Bluebeam (Optional) and generally computer literate
- Driven, self-motivated Estimator wanting to work in a business with a proven work-winning strategy
- Goal-oriented individuals with a growth mindset and a sales focus
- Hard workers with an ability to think outside of the norm

**What will your role as a Roofing Estimator look like?**
- Accurate estimation of flat roofing projects
- Timely completion of quotations
- Keeping the customer informed and up-to-date
- Ensuring sufficient information is available to price the project
- Organisation and planning of tenders in collaboration with the pre-contract team
- Identification of process issues and suggestions for improvement
- Sales and best-value proposals
- Tender analysis
- Materials take-offs ready for procurement
- Internal handover meetings to the post-contract team
- Attending pre-contract and post-tender meetings
- Develop knowledge of the pre-contract process
- To improve and optimise the strike rate
- To develop excellent technical knowledge
