The Apprentice Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brand, services, and franchise network. You will work closely with external marketing agencies and the franchisor's central marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure effective and consistent marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with external marketing agencies and the franchisor’s marketing department to align local activities with broader brand strategies.
- Create engaging content for use across social media platforms, the company website, and other digital channels.
- Conduct local leaflet drops and coordinate sponsorship or promotional opportunities.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) of different marketing channels.
- Maintain and update customer and lead data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing function as needed.

Hours: 30.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
- Previous experience with CRM systems or digital marketing tools is desirable but not essential
- A keen interest in marketing and business development
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- An analytical approach with an interest in measuring results and outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Training Provided:
You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term-time to work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.

Additional Information:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
