**Job Summary**
We are seeking individuals to assist us in aerating, scarification and seeding duties. All temporary employees will be teamed up with a full time experienced lawn operative.

**Duties**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including aeration, scarification and seeding work
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members on gardening projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in horticulture.
- Follow safety protocols while performing all duties to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and excavators is essential.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and horticultural practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
