- Managing a team of trainers, being first point of contact and providing support
- Identifying individual needs and implementing CPD for staff along with staff progression activities
- Ensuring the overall improvement of practices and procedures
- Working alongsidecontent specialists to tailor course requirements and ensure they match the needs of the customer
- Creating training programmes and supporting the delivery of high-quality training and qualifications
- Organising and delivering IQA
- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Strong communication skills

**Experience**:

- Experience in producing trainer development and CPD plans
- Experience working with awarding organisations
- Prior educational or training experience
- Experience of creating and delivering training products including multi-media platforms

**Education**:

- Qualification in education to degree or post-grad level is required
