**Salary**: £27,000.00 - £31,500.00 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (occasional weekends/evenings may be required by prior negotiation)

**Responsibilities**:
Course Design and Delivery: Create and facilitate accredited courses and workshops aimed at developing various skills.

Innovative Approach: Implement interactive and innovative teaching techniques, drawing on experience from adult learning environments or training providers.

Hands-on Training: Lead practical sessions to boost learners' confidence, motivation, and self-belief, based on experience in adult education.

Guided Learning Activities: Guide learners through activities to achieve learning outcomes for both accredited and non-accredited workshops.

Connecting Learners to Support Networks: Help learners engage with relevant support organisations, like business or employability services, utilising previous networking experience.

Ongoing Assessments: Carry out regular interim assessments to measure learner progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards as per Ofsted requirements, contributing to quality assurance through experience in adult/further education.

Feedback and Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback on courses, learners, and venues to meet KPIs and support ongoing improvements.

Assessment Management: Develop and administer assessments to track learner progress, while also conducting internal quality assurance (IQA) for staff assessments.

Constructive Feedback: Deliver developmental and constructive feedback aligned with the set learning outcomes.

Diverse Assessment Methods: Employ a variety of assessment techniques to cater to different learning styles, adapting to individual needs as required.

Collaborative Working: Work closely with the wider team to align training and assessment with organisational objectives, based on expertise in adult learning.

Team Participation: Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights for programme development and improvement.

Essential:
A Level 4 teaching qualification (or equivalent).

A solid understanding of the Ofsted framework and related standards.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

A passion for helping others succeed.

Experience working with diverse groups to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individuals and groups.

Willingness to travel to meet learner outcomes.

Flexibility to work day, evening, and occasional weekend hours.

Previous experience working with adult learners (aged 19+) in adult education or a training provider setting.

Desirable:
Experience assessing vocational learners over the age of 19.

An assessor qualification or working towards one.

Level 2 qualification in Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) or willingness to work towards it.

Experience working with learners for whom English is an additional language or those with SEND.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.

Ability to meet deadlines within company timeframes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent IT skills.

Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to absorb information quickly.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-focused approach.
