**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator to become part of our Customer Support Team. This is a fixed term contract, initially from January to April 2025.

This is a part time, office based role, working 09:00 -15:00, Monday to Friday.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop strong customer relationships, to assist the company in retaining and growing the business, while supporting the external sales team and providing after sales support.

**Duties**:
The key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and support in relation to enquiries, and resolving customer queries quickly and effectively
- Administration tasks such as welcoming visitors on site, being first point of contact for answering telephone calls, dealing with customer queries, non-delivery issues, customer collections, customer orders and confirming product availability
- Demonstrating high-level data accuracy when preparing quotations, processing orders and dealing with invoices
- Updating and maintaining accurate sales and customer records within Priority and HubSpot
- Providing after-sales support, communicating important feedback from customers to the appropriate business development manager
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

**Experience / Skill Set**
- Experience in a customer support role or similar position is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional approach.
- Adaptable, detailed orientated and organised
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
