Reco Spinal Centre Bristol is looking for a bright, energetic and self-motivated team player to support our clinic with admin, marketing and all aspects of running the centre - everything apart from treating clients.

At Reco, we offer outstanding chiropractic and spinal therapy care, as well as deep tissue massage, empowering our patients to achieve health and well-being for both mind and body. We aim to address the root cause of issues and restore balance.

We are a small, supportive team and are seeking someone with positive energy, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility in helping manage the day-to-day running of the clinic.

- Must be available every Tuesday from 10am-12pm for team meetings.
- Flexible to work the occasional Monday and Friday, depending on team needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with the Clinic Director.
- Manage the busy front of house and maintain clinic appearance.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to patients.
- Patient and diary management (including online booking systems).
- Handle calls, take bookings, and resolve patient queries.
- Support sales of services and packages.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and quality control of the clinic.
- Support the clinical team and colleagues as needed.
- Assist with internal and external marketing/screening events.
- Attend team meetings and training days.
- Take initiative, use proactive problem-solving, and uphold clinic standards.

Key Details
- Part-time position
- Core shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility for additional shifts.
- Must be available for longer shifts and late finishes when required.
- Occasional Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays to support team needs and marketing events.
- Location: Bristol-based.
