**Graphic Designer**

**Duties**:

- Graphic designer_
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: New products, packaging, product development, clients bespoke design, brochures, flyers and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Directly communicating with suppliers and purchasing team ensuring smooth transition of work.
- Social Media Executive:_
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Videographer/Editor:_
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas that support our objectives.
- Ensure all video content is aligned with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Manage video projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer and Videographer.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, capcut).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent **communication** and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems and web design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with pantone codes and colours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,761.88-£25,000.00 per year
