**Pay rate**: £6.41 per hour

**Contracted Hours**: 25 hours per week/ Part time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Nursery Administrator’s will c ommunicate with parents to collect outstanding payments and liaise with Head Office, create new records and maintain existing children’s data and enter shift bookings and create batch weeks and ensure that the Manager is aware of any appointments in their diary/calendar, and other administrative tasks. The list is endless, but you’ll understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our children at one of the most important development stages of their life

Tops Poole Nursery is a 132 place Day Nursery & Pre-School situated in Poole. The nursery run several extra-curricular activities including before and after school clubs, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, tooth brushing, football fun and much more We’re rated 8.7 by daynurseries.co.uk and graded GOOD by OFSTED.

Some of the primary skills we are looking for will be someone will include;
Be computer literate

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Have excellent customer service skills due to being the first point of contact for all visitors

The ability to stay calm under pressure
