Our client is an employee-owned business that has been operating for 33 years, providing IT and communications services. **The Position**

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
**15-18 Months + EPA**

**Location**:
**Poole, Dorset**

**Working Hours**:
**Monday - Friday**

**Salary**:
**£15,000.00 per annum rising to £16,000.00 per annum after 6-month probationary period, plus annual profit share.**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Respond to support enquiries or pass them on to senior technical support colleagues or other departments as necessary.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and online processes.
- Handle general office-based responsibilities such as basic upkeep and maintenance, stock handling, and dispatch.
- Utilize transferable skills to assist various departments within the company as needed.
- Receive support and training to complete required work and contribute proactively to the business’s development and evolution.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- High standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to commute to the Poole office (BH17 0RU).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to contribute to the company's goals and development beyond the primary role.
- Openness to evolving job responsibilities and proactive in personal and professional growth.
