We have a lucrative business development opportunity available with a National Banking Group channel partner who provide industry leading insurance solutions to consumers. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating a next-generation financial company

**Do you have.**
- Recent Sales and Business Development experience
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- The ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment

**What you’ll be doing.**

You will provide guidance to our customers on the various options available and support them in buying what they feel is required to fulfil their needs.

As a telephone-based role, you will have the ability to manage a high number of customers through a slick and efficient process.

**In return, you will receive.**
- £25,000 salary but with the potential to reach £60,000 within 12 months (based on commission)
- In-house management training for those showing management promise
- 20 days holiday with increases with length of service
- Additional holiday for a weekday birthday and Christmas/New Year off
- Pension and Private Medical Insurance
- Free onsite parking
