**The Division**:
With over 30 years' experience working in the industry, our Mobility Division is steeped in recruitment history when it comes to Aerospace, Automotive, and Maritime.

Having held a box seat to observe and influence the changing demands in the market, we've been able to adapt our product offering and recruitment service accordingly - continuing to supply traditional engineering talent whilst developing our capability and experience to become one of the UK's leading suppliers of technology resource.

We've recently brought our Mobility Engineering and Technology businesses together, with aggressive growth plans which include a drive to replicate our UK success in the wider international market.

**The Position**:

- Playing a critical role supporting our sales consultants in finding the best talent in the industry
- Ability to work with your manager to achieve KPIs set out

**The Location**:
Gattaca's HQ is based in Hampshire (Whiteley) & have offices located in London Bridge and Winnersh too, this particular role is based in Whiteley. We are operating a hybrid working model currently, which means you'll have the flexibility once fully trained to work from home as well as in office.
