Fire and Security Administrator/accounts Assistant

We are looking for an administrator/accounts assistant to run the Fire and Security division.

Duties to include:

- Raise job sheets on the job sheet system and assign to an engineer
- Liaise with customers to book appointments
- Diary management
- Close off jobs and raise invoices
- Chase payment of overdue invoices and other sales ledger duties
- Process purchase invoices and payment of suppliers and other purchase ledger duties
- Send out certificates to customers where applicable
- Check keyholders details with customers
- Ordering of dual comm units
- Other general administrative and accounts ad hoc duties

This role is on a part time basis, hours and days to be discussed

Please note a minimum of 1 years experience is required, this is non negotiable

We are looking for someone for an immediate start.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
