This new project is looking for a strong Housing Adviser who will offer proactive housing advice to prevent Homelessness. The client understands the pressures of the position and is keen to support all team members.
**Duties Includes**:
- nowledge of Housing and Homelessness acts, including Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017
- The role is to provide effective, high quality support to customers to help them prevent or relieve their homelessness
- Providing specialist advice and support on how the clients can sustain their tenancies.
- Experienced with handling individuals who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, advising them through the process and preventing homelessness.
- Offer a proactive service to residents identified as being at risk of homelessness by the Early Intervention Team
If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
