**Bar Staff - Kenfig Hill Labour Club**

Location: Kenfig Hill

Hours: Minimum of 12 hours per week over 2 days, with extra shifts available during events, busy periods, and other nights.

Kenfig Hill Labour Club is a friendly and lively members' club, and we’re looking for someone with great customer service skills to join our Bar Staff team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Serving drinks and chatting with members
- Keeping the bar area clean and tidy
- Restocking fridges and changing barrels
- Collecting and washing glasses
- Handling cash and basic opening/closing duties
- Checking IDs when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly and reliable team players
- Someone flexible to cover extra shifts when needed

Bar experience and basic cocktail-making skills are a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Important Information:
The role may require some flexibility with working hours initially, as we manage shifts during a team transition. While it’s likely the minimum hours can be offered most weeks, this cannot be guaranteed until a more regular schedule is established by the end of March.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 or older
- Comfortable working late evenings

Pay: £11.44 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
