**Key areas of responsibility**
- Manufacture of product in line with production targets
- Work to a shift pattern including early and late shifts on a 1-week rotation. (Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00hrs and Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00hrs)
- Operation of machinery and occasionally plant equipment in accordance with company procedures and safe methods of work across a varied recycling and manufacturing operation
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Management to ensure progress is relayed and any issues are dealt with quickly
- Ensure the Health and Safety of yourself and others around you, reporting any events to Shift Supervisor/Management
- High standard of housekeeping
- Identification of any product, machinery or plant related quality defects
- Manual Handling of bagged material

**Additional duties**

Operators are required to use a range of plant equipment to include:

- FLT
- Mechanical grab
- Loading shovel

Assist the Maintenance team with any activities required as requested by the Shift Team Leader

Flexibility in carrying out other tasks as designated by the Shift Team Leader/Management

**Key skills**
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Team player, able and willing to help others as required
- Willing and able to work in an open air environment

Pay: Up to £13.33 per hour

**Experience**:

- FLT: 3 years (preferred)
- Loading Shovel: 3 years (preferred)
- Production: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (UK) (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
