We are seeking an enthusiastic HCA Receptionist to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
You will be based in our Secondary Care clinics as the first point of contact for all our patients, you will be expected to always provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors, and you will be trained to assist the clinicians in clinic when needed.
This an important position within our business providing an essential support function to the clinical and management teams, so that they can deliver the best care and provide the full range of Secondary Care Services. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy, and tact.
This is a great opportunity for some one that really wants to have an impact on people's lives, to join a supportive and patient committed team.
Role Requirements
First point of contact for patients attending clinic
Experience of clerical and administrative work
Experience in a client facing/customer service position
Ability to assist doctors in clinic
Responsible for stock/supplies management
Clear thinking and have an analytical approach
Able to work as part of a team, to promote a good team spirit
Able to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate
