**Job Title: Roving Receptionist Administrator - Front of House**

**The Impact you will have**:
As the welcoming face of our medical Centre, you will provide a friendly, warm and efficient reception service whilst consistently delivering high quality customer care standards to both internal and external clients and contributing to an overall exceptional client experience.
**Roving Receptionist **will be the first point of contact for all visitors. As the welcoming face of the company, you will be required to provide a warm, friendly and knowledgeable service at all times, as well as being immaculately presented in the front of house uniform.
**Roving Receptionist Administrator** will be expected to provide an emphatic and efficient patient experience from start to finish, constantly delivering high quality customer care to both internal and external clients and imparting the HCA values to create an outstanding patient experience.
The main purpose of this position is to provide Front of House and admin support and coverage for the Reception Administrators in various HCA Primary Care locations during staff absence; assist clinics during busy periods. The **Roving** **Reception **Administrator is to be familiar with all sites of the HCA Primary Care.
Duties are not limited to;
- To meet and greet all patients, visitors, GP’s and staff and assist with their enquiries
- Issuing clients with the necessary paperwork and explaining forms
- Dealing with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- To work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journey
- Travel required to sites as required to support to the wider team
Knowledge and Understanding;
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Front of House Services or Hospitality Environment
- Desirably to understand the medical system and the relevant Microsoft office programs
