NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER are looking for a dynamic Brand Partnerships Senior Fashion Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping how the world’s most influential brands connect with our global audience. This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial acumen with creative vision, driving innovative partnerships that elevate both our platforms and our brand partners.

Location: London Westfield
Hours: 37.5 hours weekly (4 days in office)

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Take responsibility for securing marketing investment from brands in the Fashion category across both NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER.
- Drive and negotiate COOP, Media, PR and joint marketing budgets within your allocated portfolio, maximising ROI and brand partner investment across our full suite of marketing products and services.
- Build a deep understanding of sellable product categories, seasonal buying cycles and trading priorities to identify the most impactful marketing opportunities for both partners and our platforms.
- Develop, nurture and grow strong, long-term relationships with global brand stakeholders including marketing, PR, e-commerce, sales and senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to brand partners, providing a consultative and strategic approach to campaign planning - from concept to execution - ensuring alignment with sales, communications and marketing objectives.
- Negotiate and structure compelling marketing packages, demonstrating strong commercial acumen while maintaining alignment with internal brand positioning and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with key internal teams including Buying, Content, Social, PR, Client Relations, Data Insights and Design to deliver integrated campaigns that drive both brand equity and measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide detailed reporting, and proactively recommend optimisations to ensure partners see the value in their investment.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity and global brand strategies to spot new opportunities for innovation and growth.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure deals that balance brand value with revenue growth.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the global luxury marketplace and deep understanding of the commercial drivers within fashion and e-commerce.
- Solid grasp of sellable product knowledge - able to link marketing strategy to trading performance and customer demand.
- 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, marketing, sales or account management within the luxury fashion, e-commerce or media sectors.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation, writing and influencing skills.
- Highly organised, analytical and comfortable working with budgets and performance data.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.- _
