- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

**Experience**
