We are hiring a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to assist in overseeing our Bar & Restaurant operations and staff. As a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for training staff, ensuring they complete daily activities, and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include expediting diner’s orders, handling complaints, ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction are met and exceeded, monitoring supplies, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring health and safety.

**Bar & Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities**
- Creating work schedules and rotas.
- Implement an exotic bar drinks menu and train staff on executing perfection when handling the bar.
- Excellent knowledge of Wines, Cocktails and Spirits.
- Champion the Cocktail menu and upsell to achieve maximum revenue & profitability
- Ensuring food safety and compliance with regulations.
- Checking that diners are satisfied with their meal and service.
- Handling service issues and customer complaints.
- Monitoring cash and transactions and preparing daily bank remittances.

**Bar & Restaurant Supervisor Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2+ years.
- Knowledge of food health and safety.
- People management skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication.
- Physical fitness for standing throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work on evenings and weekends.
- Hardworking with a can do attitude, Loyal & committed
- Genuine passion for hospitality

- Weekdays & Weekend availability - Flexibility is essential.
- Weekends, evening & event dates

Rate of Pay: £11.50-£13.50 an hour
