In this role, you will promote equality & inclusion in the workplace to both the workforce and to the prisoner population. You will take a pivotal role in the establishments work to comply with the legal duty to eliminate unlawful discrimination, promote equality of opportunity and promote good relations between different groups.

HMP YOI Bronzefield is an all-female prison that can hold up to 542 women. Working in a prison might not be what you think. Sodexo Justice delivers custodial and community rehabilitation services that challenge offending behaviour, protect the public and offer individuals the opportunity to change their lives for the better. We deliver the total operation of five prisons within England, Scotland and Wales and own six Community Rehabilitation Companies in partnership with crime reduction charity Nacro.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week working on-site Monday-Friday.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Assist with and coordinate work on the Diversity & Inclusion action plan
- Ensure the collection of monthly statistics and generate reports
- Ensure that all discrimination incidents are recorded and dealt with appropriately
- Conduct investigations were alleged incidents of discrimination may have taken place

**Package Description**

**Salary**:up to **_£31,752.24 per annum_** (this includes an annual salary of £28,023.00 plus a monthly London Weighting payment of £3,729.24 per annum).
