**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a summer intern you will be working on a project to develop a product mapping process flow to allow new products to be created and added to a new ERP system, working with various departments to meet their information needs. There are two stages to the project:

- Collect data on our current products and what information is required. Complete a gap analysis to identify missing data, collecting this and updating relevant systems.
- Create and implement two new product process flows for creating products within a new ERP system to ensure all data is present and updated.

Training will be provided in relevant IT systems to facilitate the work and support will be provided throughout the project.

**Job Role & Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the Product Mapping Process project.
- Work with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions.
- Collect and interpret data associated with your project.
- Work with other members of the business to gain access to relevant data.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
Essential:

- Good IT skills in the use of Microsoft office products and Microsoft forms.
- Self-motivated.
- The ability to use analytical thinking when encountering issues or problems.
- Project management and ownership skills.
- Able to clearly communicate with all relevant aspects of the business.

Desirable:

- Studying at GCSE level or above
