Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Phone Direct Unit 21D, Hildred Shopping Centre,Skegness

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part Time

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Representative at Phone Direct, you will play a crucial role in our customer's journey. You will be responsible for providing an unparalleled shopping experience, guiding customers to find the perfect mobile accessory or pre-loved phone. Your role will involve:

- Greeting customers and understanding their needs.
- Demonstrating and explaining product features.
- Assisting with product selection and providing recommendations.
- Processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for mobile technology and accessories.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Skegness (required)
