On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a **Sustainability Specialist for a 6 month contract based in the bank's London (Pinners Hall) office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- As an experienced expert with a focus on sustainability and / or risk assessment / analyzes of companies, you will accompany the following projects in the Group Sustainability area in the Chief Sustainability Office:

- Establishment of a framework for the assessment of sectoral environmental and social risks:

- Based on existing information, independent development of a framework for the assessment of sectoral environmental and social risks.
- Development of an implementation concept including timetable.
- Independent planning of workshops to train internal employees on the new framework.
- Technical coordination with the involved stakeholders within the project.
- Development of a concept for strengthening testing routines in the field of social / human rights.
- Review of technical requirements and independent development of recommendations to strengthen testing routines.
- Independent development of an implementation concept including an implementation plan.
- Independent planning of workshops for the training of internal employees.
- Technical coordination with the involved stakeholders within the project.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in a Coal, Mining and Gas industry related to sustainability.
- Experience in carrying out / developing evaluation analyzes with a focus on environmental and social issues for sectors, regions or products.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects, such as developing and implementing ESD policies and sector-specific policies or training.
- Has worked across sectors with environmental, sustainability and transactional knowledge.
- Previous experience working with highly sensitive data.
