**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment, such as a care home or hospital.
- Ability to build good relationships with residents and staff.
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), and Infection Control.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all service areas are supplied with necessary housekeeping items and inform the Head Housekeeper of shortages.
- Clean all areas to a high standard, following set cleaning guidelines and schedules to meet service needs.
- Identify and report any damages or issues to the Head Housekeeper and maintenance team.
