Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the hotel's high standards
  • Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
  • Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets
  • Support the housekeeping and laundry team as needed
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are always maintained

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience preferred)
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards
  • Be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and busy periods
