**LOCATION**:
The normal office base will be a mix of head office and remote working. You may also be required to travel and work at any other of the Company's establishments should the business need warrant it.

**JOB PURPOSE**

To maintain overall responsibility for the daily operational running of Metropolitan Gaming's Interactive Business. The Head of Casino will be responsible for providing operational and performance leadership in addition to overseeing product and overallstrategic plans in order to meet or exceed the financial budget and KPIs set.

**What you will be great at**:

- Brand Development and Strategy

Proposition and Strategy targeting - defining existing customer research driving true omni channel customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Acquisition Efficiency

Managing the strategy for on-boarding flows, early life retention across all player value tiers for customers acquisition strategies across all channels

Working closely with the retail marketing team to design and deliver effective promotions and activation's to deliver and exceed targets and KPIs for the business
- Organise and evaluate test and learn campaigns and implement learning's as agreed
- Ensure that all online activity is in line with other group marketing activity reflecting the core brand values and guidelines
- Ensure all initiatives have clear measures in place to determine ROI.
- Ensure that all activity passes the compliance marketing checklist and is approved via the required channels.
- Coordinate marketing spend, processing invoices and recording spend as necessary.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS**:

- Substantial demonstrative online casino leadership and/or operational experience within a comparable environment
- Comprehensive understanding of casino products and the associated development process required
- In-depth knowledge of casino customer insight and competitor intelligence analysis practices required
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills required
- Analyse data, prepare and present regular reports for the interactive business to deliver against pre-agreed KPIs
- Head of Casino/Brand within the real money online gambling environment
- Excellent analytic and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
