The Experis Academy for Babcock International has an exciting and unique opportunity for delivery-oriented individuals to be trained and upskilled to become highly skilled Project Controller’s via their award-winning Train To Fit programme. Our Train to Fit programmes train and develop wider talent pools who work towards becoming permanent members of our industry leading customer communities.

We are looking for ‘future leaders’ who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude, to be trained and developed to own and to deliver projects in complex and ever-changing environments, within our customer’s Nuclear Fleet Programmes at HMNB Clyde in Scotland.

Training will commence in August 2025.

**Role of a Project Controller**:
Day to Day Responsibilities will include:

- Develop/implement and maintain the Project schedule and baseline budgets.
- Develop/baseline and maintain the Project integrated schedule.
- Develop and maintain accurate cost control reports and cost forecasts.
- Development of robust cost estimates aligned to scope of work/project lifecycle.
- Production of performance reports and associated analysis/narrative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A forward thinker who pre-empts potential problems
- Ability to navigate technical conversations
- Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills
- Eligible and willing to undertake SC security clearance
