The Experis Academy for Babcock International has an exciting and unique opportunity for delivery-oriented individuals to be trained and upskilled to become highly skilled Assistant Project Planners via their award-winning Train To Fit programme. Our Train to Fit programmes offer an exciting and unique opportunity for aspiring Project Planners to gain paid training, hands-on experience, and personalised career development while working with Babcock International within Infrastructure Programmes at HMNB Clyde in Scotland.

Training will commence in August 2025.

**Role of a Project Planner**:
As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining schedules to ensure projects are delivered to performance, time, and cost agreements. Working closely with Engineers, delivery teams, Project Managers, and the customer, you will keep the P6 plan updated based on real-time progress. You will also support the Project Manager by identifying resource constraints, monitoring critical paths, and proactively flagging any scheduling issues to ensure the project stays on track.
