**Trade Activation Executive**

**Key Purpose Statement**:
The Trade Activation Executive will support the delivery of below the line marketing activity for all AUK brands across the On-trade channel. Being accountable for driving collaboration with suppliers, key stakeholders and customers, across all platforms; in outlet, online and media. They will lead day to day management of POS with all cross-functional teams (including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Draught Technical Services team). As well as lead the POS development process ensuring plans are delivered to meet the needs of customers and AUK and executed in line with our super premium positioning.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Project Management of campaigns from ideation to evaluation.
- Responsible for budget management of POS and glassware across all brands reporting findings into trade marketing controller.
- Lead the development and implementation of best in class POS in line with AUK brands’ positioning.
- Lead the relationship and process with Asahi UK’s logistics and warehouse supplier.
- Support the development of best in class activation within customer environments.
- Support the development and activation of aligned brand and channel.
- Use insights and data to drive POS and Glassware strategy.
- Lead forecasting to drive informed decisions to achieve a positive ROI on POS.

**Experience Required**:

- Educated to degree level
- Experience in an FMCG environment, preferably premium drinks.
- Trade Marketing experience preferable
- Experience of working in teams
- Strong project management
- Strong communication skills
- Forecasting and budget management skills
- Creative with an eye for new ideas
- Ability to identify insight and deliver projects through to action
