Consult are recruiting for a functional lead position, ensuring delivery of activities such as: product Preparation, Maintenance, Bench Repairs, Modifications, Delivery Logistics & Support, for all Demo and Evaluation events in support of the Sales Functions.Our client is a Global Market Leading Medical Devices manufacturer, specialising in; connected care equipment, surgical workflows & instruments, cardiology diagnostics and safe patient handling.

**Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers across all BU’s in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient process for the Demo & Evaluation requirements
- To directly manage the local Team of Rental Service Technicians and any temporary staff, (lead, train, mentor and coach)
- To manage 3rd party logistics covering delivery, removal and transportation requirements
- Ensure systems and documentation are maintained appropriately to ensure quality and traceability of records
- Manage the process for microbiological and UV testing to ensure quality processes are meeting required standards
- To oversee the repair, modification and servicing of products at the Centre
- Manage the quality, status, location and availability of products in the Centre
- Manage all allocated resources including Centre facilities, tools and systems
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, secure and suitable working environment.
- To participate in audits & follow-ups
- To ensure full compliance with quality and infection control processes, both internal and external.
- Resource planning with regards to the rota
- Support and promote the Quality Management System, ISO Certification, associated standards and regulations
- To carry out any other activity associated with our business that you are competent to do.

**About You**:

- Qualification in Engineering, Mechanics and Electrical Field
- Working knowledge of Infection Control protocols
- Experience of leading teams, people management
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Regulatory rules
- Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and standards
- Technical background with basic PC skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
