**Sales Administrator/Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm**

Assistant with sales administration would be required in the morning, with support being given during the afternoon picking/packing in the Warehouse.

**Areas of accountability for Sales Administrative role**:

- Liaising with customers on delivery complaints
- Work with Logistics to check stock for the correct products and transfer technical questions to the right colleagues
- Liaise with the carrier on delivery complaints
- Monitor and create returns documentation when required
- Be able to respond to customer in a proactive way, understanding their situation and being mindful of their perspective
- Complete customer resolution calls after each resolved complaint

**Areas of accountability for Warehouse role**:

- Collecting and/or expediting products for customer placed orders
- Picking and Packing
- Taking care of a clean and safe workplace
- Meeting Kramp Quality standards
- Meeting relevant KPI's

**Attributes**:

- Previous sales admin experience would be desirable, is possible with experience in complaints handling
- Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programs
- Time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, written and spoken
- Solution-oriented, efficient and ability to work independently
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Can do and flexible attitude / going the extra mile
- Work under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail
- Ideal but not essential: previous warehouse experience; use of scanning equipment
