Operations & Supply Chain Leader | WMS, ERP, Last-Mile Delivery & International Trade Compliance We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Multimodal Logistics Executive. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities Assist in managing and optimising the global supply chain network to meet domestic sales demand. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Trade Marketing Management, Quality Assurance, and IT departments. Work closely with the IT team to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate on system integrations, data analytics, and the development of digital tools to optimise supply chain processes. Partner with the Trade Marketing team to align supply chain strategies with branding initiatives. Ensure that product launches, marketing campaigns, and branding efforts are seamlessly integrated into the supply chain, from planning to delivery. Negotiate with ocean freight carriers. Identify and evaluate ocean freight carriers to secure the most competitive rates and terms for international shipments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure reliable and cost‑effective transportation solutions. Analyse supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Assist in risk management by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and recommend actions for improvement to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain function. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics, Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
