This is a remote position based in the UK.

**What You'll Be Doing**
The main role of the Team Leader is to assist the Fincrime Manager in guiding and developing remote team members. This includes focusing on investigations and transactional monitoring in a financial crime role. Your success will be reflected in your team's overall performance, satisfaction, and wellbeing.

**Shifts**
You'll be leading a team of Financial Crime Officers/Investigators who work 2pm-10:30pm Monday Friday.

✨Responsible for leading a team of 8 FinCrime Officers remotely
✨Develop team members through coaching and meetings
✨Ensure team members have personalised development plans
✨Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
✨Use data to ensure timely task completion
✨Pursue FinCrime courses for personal development

**We're Looking For**
✨Financial crime experience is essential - onboarding through to investigations
✨Meticulous attention to detail required
✨Make best-judgement decisions confidently
✨Care about team and individual development
✨Minimum 1 year management experience needed
✨You use data to reach the best customers quickly

Salary between £37,000 - £47,000 (Depending on experience)

**Interview Process**
First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)
Second stage: 45 minute CV overview with Team Managers (Video call)
Final stage: 60 minute overview of experience and leadership fit (Video call)
