**About the Role**

A temp to perm opportunity for a Minute Taker has arisen with the local authorities in Lancashire, County Hall, Preston.

**Job Purpose**

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Minute Takers to enhance our client's established team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Children's Directorate.

**Job role and Requirements**

This post is within Children's Social Care based at County Hall, Preston, providing support to a wide range of operational staff, managers and Independent Reviewing Officers in relation to the minute taking of a variety of meetings. Our client is currentlyworking a combination of home and office working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection. Due to the nature of this role the expectation will be that you may be expected to work from a varietyof locations.

**NB: This is an essential car user post** - You will be required to provide a car for your use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. In certain circumstances consideration may be given to applicantswho, as a consequence of a disability, are unable to drive. Temporary contract until end of August and will review on a month by month basis thereafter.

This position is full time Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm. Working 37 hours per week.
