We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated Minute Takers to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Children's Directorate.

There is a full time post working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a part-time post working 0.4fte preferably Thursday and Friday but can be negotiable. You will be based at the nearest Social Care venue to your home address and due to the nature of this role you will be expected to travel to and from a variety of locations across the county.

The post supports Children's Social Care providing support to operational staff, managers, and Independent Reviewing Officers in relation to the minute taking of a variety of meetings.

What we are looking for:
Passion - You'll be passionate about delivering a great service and experience, it's what will motivate you, getting it right first time, asking for support when you need it and building on the skills that you've developed elsewhere.

Knowledge and Experience - Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.

Great Communication - You'll be engaging and providing advice to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.

Working arrangements:
We are currently working a combination of home and office working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable confidential working space within your home and appropriate broadband connection. If you are unable to provide a suitable homeworking environment, you will be required to work from your office base or nearest suitable office location for your non-office working hours.
