Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the team.

Essential Criteria:

- Administrative experience within an office/similar environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with other office staff and engineers
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a busy office with a strong admin background
- Experience using Sage
- Experience with office tools such as excel and word

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Typing of correspondence, presentation material, report specifications, schedules, and spreadsheets for team members
- Liaise with other secretarial and administrative staff internally, as required, in connection with secretarial/administrative issues and resources
- To provide reception cover including welcoming visitors, answer switchboard and any reception duties as required
- Carry out general administration of team paperwork, filing and archiving to ensure efficient use of office space
- Deal with any other tasks which may from time to time be reasonably requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,426.00 per year
