**Post Title: Early Help Team Leader**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Help Team Leader to join our Family Help Service working in partnership with children and young people (0-19 years) and their families, across the borough.

**About the role**

We are seeking a committed and experienced Team Leader to join our Family Help service, leading a skilled team focused on delivering effective targeted intervention. This role involves overseeing and enhancing parenting programmes that strengthen families and build resilience, providing leadership and support to Domestic Abuse Practitioners working with those affected by domestic abuse, and advocating for young carers to ensure they receive the recognition and tailored support they need

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality intervention.
- Work collaboratively with partners across health, education, and social care.
- Manage and monitor performance and outcomes to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week of 8:45 17:00. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work flexibly outside of these hours to meet family’s needs.
