**Who We Are Looking For**
As Marketing Advisor, you are responsible for all marketing and communications activities across the Kenera business unit with the objective of increasing the awareness and understanding of Kenera’s portfolio of products and services.
The role shall have responsibilities for all regions and work closely with the Kenera team and the wider KCA Deutag Group level Marketing and Communications team to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
**Responsibilities**
The role will support our ambitious strategy that continues to grow our legacy oil and gas business as well as build our presence and position within the clean energy sector.
In this role you will be an integral member of the Kenera team that is responsible for the delivery of the Kenera marketing and communications plan, including raising our profile in social, print and online media as well as regular updates to our websites.
Responsibilities include;
- Manage the development of content marketing for on-and-offline platforms
- Support regional commercial requirements, including slide packs and tender submissions
- Manage and review the Kenera website including driving and collating engaging content through relevant digital strategies
- Create and maintain analytics reporting including social and web
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales/business development team, and provide instructions for use or promotion and collaborate to execute planning
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Manage social media channels including the creation of monthly content planning and engaging content imagery/video/design
- Analyse competitors and the market to identify potential marketing solutions for Kenera and carry out market research projects to inform campaign direction and delivery
- Internal communications coordination and connection/integration with KCA Deutag
- Ensure that the company’s vision and values are instilled across all communications
- Creation and implementation of the Kenera marketing and communications plan, including digital marketing tactics
- Writing and coordination of marketing literature (case studies, promotional flyers/brochures and presentations)
- Coordination and promotion of planned events, exhibitions, seminars etc
- Managing stock of promotional items and merchandise
- Development and ongoing upkeep of the internal SharePoint sites
- Support Group initiatives to enhance the Group brand, both internally and externally
**Key Skills & Experience**
This role requires an individual with experience working independently and have a strong track record in delivering effective digital marketing and communication strategies. The role is open to individuals in an agency or in-house role.
Experience
- Professional qualification in a marketing related discipline
- Be able to plan, prepare and deliver new marketing strategies - proficiency with digital marketing and social
- media strategy
- Marketing knowledge with proven commercial experience, ideally within the oil and gas sector
- Proven success in a similar environment
- Experience of coordinating or managing digital channels
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience and other online create tools would be a plus (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) - desirable but not essential.
