As a _Marketing Advisor_ in the marketing and communications department at FairWind you will cooperate closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications. You will be responsible for delivering engaging content across marketing channels which supports the marketing and communications strategy.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with operational teams to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage social media channels to effectively implement the social media strategy.
- Analyse social media performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Support paid digital campaigns by monitoring and reporting on their performance, utilising external support as necessary.
- Oversee website management, including content creation and the implementation of SEO strategies.
- Review website analytics and suggest enhancements, coordinating with external partners as needed.
- Develop, review, and update marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and photography.
- Assist in organising and supporting attendance at relevant industry events.

**What we expect from you**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in coordinating or managing digital channels.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies.
- Excellent writing skills, with a strong command of English both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Facebook Ads.
- Ability to use WordPress or a similar content management system.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
