Paid Media Executive

Location: Support Office (Alcester)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Paid Media Executive specializing in Paid Social and Programmatic to join our team. This role will be instrumental in the digital marketing strategy, utilising paid media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately lead generation.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support in the development and execution of targeted paid media and programmatic campaigns that are optimised for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., ensuring they align with the company's marketing objectives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns to drive effective targeting, retargeting, and overall campaign success.
- Analyse campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and utilize insights to optimize strategies for better ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand messaging and creative assets are aligned with paid media strategies.

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and working across programmatic ad channels like Adroll
- Familiarity with various ad platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance data, using insights to optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
