Head of Digital

We have 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a new Head of Digital to join our team in Alcester.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee CRO activities in-house, working closely with the UX Manager, Lead Developer, and Junior Developer.
- Develop and implement a testing roadmap to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Manage the paid acquisition strategy, primarily focusing on Google Ads and Bing.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including UX Manager, Developers, Paid Acquisition Manager, SEO Executive, and Content Writers.
