BramahHR have a fantastic opportunity for either an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor looking for their next step. You will provide generalist HR support and work alongside the HR team. You will support with the full employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic positionif you have supported with ER casework but would like more responsibility now.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all matters relating to employee relations in the areas of disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance management, and absence management to staff and line managers on a daily basis.
- Oversee casework management, including the development of managers' abilities and guiding individuals involved through the appropriate policies and procedures.
- Manage casework paperwork, including writing letters from scratch and taking notes as needed.
- Oversee the recruiting process in collaboration with HR team to ensure a positive experience and timely communication for all applicants.
- Assist with the formulation of job descriptions, person specifications, ad text, and interview questions, ensuring that they are consistent and bias-free.
- Collaborate with the HR team to post any job openings on our various sites.
- Take part in the interview and hiring process.
- Assist in the delivery of group interviews on occasion.
- Manage the new hire induction process with the help of the HR Assistant & Apprentice to ensure a seamless onboarding process for all new hires. Providing regular HR inductions is part of this.
- Keep track of probationary periods, ensuring that managers do regular reviews, keep records, and address any difficulties in a timely and supportive manner.
- Ensure that all obligatory training is completed as part of the induction process by monitoring and reporting on our eLearning system.
- Assist with the 121-review process, ensuring that managers have the tools they need to have productive growth talks.
- Assist with requests for personal growth and training, directing clients to appropriate courses as needed.
- Ensure that monthly payroll adjustments are gathered, accurate, and submitted on time, as well as that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist the Director of Human Resources with variety of HR tasks.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to diversity and inclusion in all parts of the department.

Skills/ Experience:

- Previous Human Resources expertise, especially the ability to handle employee relations concerns on your own.
- A CIPD level 3 or 5 certificate is desired, but not required; practical familiarity with employment law is more important.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, as well as the ability to handle sensitive or challenging talks with discretion.
