As a HR Advisor you will be supporting businesses that require outsourced HR support. This support can range from:

- Providing advice and guidance on employee issues
- Development of policies and procedures
- Handling maternity and paternity cases and production of supporting documentation
- Implementing employment contracts
- Creating tailored handbooks
- Creating tailored letters
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with employee relation casework including note taking, producing invite and outcome letters
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with project work.
- Producing training handouts
- Undertaking research for the team and clients

**Experience**:

- 3 years hands-on hr experience
- Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good with people - great at building relationships
- Customer service - emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers’ expectations
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Self-motivated
