Brand Ambassador

**Overview**:
As well as being the face of a number of premium technology brands you will be required to visit multiple retail locations across a UK territory completing compliance checks & reporting, building store relations and improving the store performance through KPI management. This includes representing established and exciting new brands and products, carrying out regular maintenance & technological solutions/software updates, merchandising & planogram updates, updating point of sale / graphics, installing new products at launch date and working with stores to manage stock inventory to maximise availability. You will also be involved in multiple exciting product launches which come with a quick turnaround and a high level of importance. The role is field based therefore a high level of self-management & motivation is required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Brand Ambassador will build positive relationships in stores with key contacts to support our Clients Brands and influence stores performance between visits
The Brand Ambassador will effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define objectives of visit and review changes based on work completed
The Brand Ambassador will ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
The Brand Ambassador will use defined methods to replenish stores in order to maintain accurate stock files
The Brand Ambassador will ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness and increase sales
The Brand Ambassador will have the ability to store stock and equipment required for work use at home
The Brand Ambassador will work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, to increase performance of both personal and team goals
The Brand Ambassador will attend team meetings and field accompaniments as necessitated and communicated by Area Manager
The Brand Ambassador will have the Ability to react to short term activities and deliver results positively and pro-actively
